It was a wonderful experience getting hands-on training from the team. The classes were very interactive and engaging. Participants were given the opportunity to express themselves and there was never a dull moment. The Customer Service Skills Training was very enlightening, I learned a lot about delivering excellent customer service, knowing who my customers are, and also to be empathetic when a customer complains about my services. During the training, the instructors took their time to explain all the topics in each module. Each session was very interactive and straight to the point with real life examples given. I would say the training helped me think differently and also imbibed in me the zeal of wanting to do more by thinking of creative ways and solutions to help make the life of each customer I encounter better. However, I wasn't satisfied with the photo banner of participants that was released shortly after the training as my photo wasn't included and I participated actively in the training.

This Organization has greatly impacted lives, which I am one of them, I never really pay much attention to customer service as the back bone of every organization, it opened up my eyes and senses to little things we don't see as crucial when attending to customers. I am a better customer service representative as a result of the Customer Service training.
