Let’s help Jane beat CANCER!! … and yes she will!
What started like a routine medical condition check had doctors asking for more test and checks and thereafter a surgery. We thought with the surgery done, Jane
Ihejirika discharged, can go on to live her full life ahead of her.
Alas! The pain crept in and continued. Not one to joke with her health, Janny didn’t spare a Kobo in going for further checks and late August, Jane Ihejirika was told by the doctors that she had ovarian cancer. This is her narration:
“I was diagnosed of metaplatic ovarian cancer in August at Evercare hospital Lekki, Lagos State after undergoing a CT scan and other ovarian tumor maker test after which it was discovered it has spread to my Liver. I have been placed on chemotherapy 6 courses which cost N904,000 per session, then a surgery will be done and chemotherapy will continue which will cost almost ten million Naira (N10,000,000)’
Suddenly, a life full of promise is now struggling to do anything else outside hospital visits, tests, checks, chemotherapy and preparing for surgery.
Over the past three (3) months, family, friends and brethrens in faith have rallied round her as she battles ovarian cancer and fighting to stay alive.
Jane Ihejirika is a certified customer service professional (CCSP) with over five (5) years in the CS space from the banking industry to supply chain & logistics and online customer support associate. She undertook her professional certification in 2022 and joined WAACSP as a certified member in 2023. Now she needs the help of the CS community.
Jane needs in excess of ten million Naira (N10,000,000) for her chemo and surgery to fight off the scourge from the pit of hell.
