My name is Ezinne Nkiruka Onwuka, I am a WAACSP certified customer service professional, I am a Nigerian and I currently work as a customer service supervisor within the energy sector and I have worked in that field for over seven years. I have worked as a customer care representative in the call centre,email team,social media team,in the walk in where I interface with customers face to face and via teleconferencing (zoom) and I believe with my experience I can manage and impact a team of customer service representatives in any touch point. Aside from my intellects I am also able to adapt to any situation as I have worked as a customer service representative within a diverse environment and I am able to think on my feet, I am a team player and I have excellent communication skills which I know will help in guiding the success of a product and service.I am also a fast learner and all these have developed and enhanced my abilities in customer management. I can work to deliver exceptional results and the skills I possess Will fit in perfectly and be a great addition to any team or organization. I have a passion for quality service delivery and work daily to ensure I give my best in whatever sector or field I find myself.
