Discovering and taking the decision to become a certified member of WAACSP has been a turning point in my career life as a Customer Service Officer. It improved to a great extent, my customer service skills; hence my better approach in solving Customers problems and conflicts. All thanks to my facilitators. Believing to attain higher position (s) in my career.

It was a wonderful experience and training. Thanks to all the facilitators for taking their time in going deep for better clarification to all participants . As Administrative personnel, I learned a lot from the training. The training was full of life and all the sessions were more practical and real-life situations, I face with my clients at the workplace. As one of the WAACSP students of the 2020 class, I was impressed with the professionalism and the learning made so easy by the facilitators. Words and examples cited in the course notes, were written in such simple terms that any one can read, understand and inspired to go be a better Customer Service Person. This Organization has greatly impacted lives, which I am one of them, I never really pay much attention to customer service as the back bone of every organization, it opened up my eyes and senses to little things we don't see as crucial when attending to customers. I am a better customer service representative as a result of the Customer Service training.

It was a fulfilling experience for me to be part of the customer service skills training acquired from employme.ng. It was enlightening and educative for me, Each session was very interactive and the participants were given the opportunity to express themselves. It's wonderful platform

The Customer Service Skills Training was very enlightening, I learned a lot about delivering excellent customer service, knowing who my customers are, and also to be empathetic when a customer complains about my services. During the training, the instructors took their time to explain all the topics in each module. Each session was very interactive and straight to the point with real life examples given. I would say the training helped me think differently and also imbibed in me the zeal of wanting to do more by thinking of creative ways and solutions to help make the life of each customer I encounter better. However, I wasn't satisfied with the photo banner of participants that was released shortly after the training as my photo wasn't included and I participated actively in the training.

It was a wonderful experience getting hands-on training from the team. The classes were very interactive and engaging. Participants were given the opportunity to express themselves and there was never a dull moment. I'm proud to be a certified Customer Service Professional and I can't wait to share this knowledge to the world. A lot of my friends and connections are already indicating interest in getting certified too. Kudos to the team!
